I find HSBC may have many banking products, sadly I just find that they just treat you just as a number. I also find for such global bank it’s incredibly backwards when it comes to internet banking you are able to download monthly statements into Microsoft Money.
I also find that this bank is not the same around the world; I had an account in Hong Kong, Australia and UK. Out of them all the UK has been the most frustrating and inept one to deal with maybe the UK HSBC should learn from there Australian collages.
