there might be a free courtesy car included in the package but if yoru car is written off like mine then you'll only get the courtesy car if your taken that as an extra within your policy ! I crashed my car a month ago and I'm still no further forward with the company in recieving my payout. I havent even been given an estimate of what to expect as an offer! sorely disapointed with company.

Watch the hidden charges with this Company. My daughter declared my no fault accident with them on my own car(my car was parked and hit by another vehicle but all costs reclaimed and no loss of NCD via another insurer)but they wanted an extra £50 on her premium because of this claim. Absolutely disgraceful !!
