"Does exactly as it says on the tin"... You get the rate no matter how you use the account. Which is easy to use and above all fuss free. What few problems i did have were dealt with swiftly (the emergency was easily sorted over the phone).

Its refreshing to have an account that is just so straight forward. A good rate and I don't need to worry about putting a set amount in every month or if I ever want to take money out, plus the website is easy to use.
