Subscription services
Find.co.uk may offer its users access to selected Content on a paid-for basis (Subscription Services). By subscribing to receive any of these Subscription Services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, as well as any terms and conditions of access for Content specifically for professional investors or Independent Financial Advisors, which you will have to acknowledge in order to access the Content.
Find.co.uk reserves the right to vary the Subscription Services, but will keep you informed if any changes apply to Content to which you are subscribing.
You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
You must provide us with complete, accurate and up-to-date payment information. You can pay by either credit or debit card. By submitting credit or debit card payment details to Find.co.uk you warrant that you are entitled to sign up to the Subscription Services using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorisation or if payment is not valid, cannot otherwise be processed or if any authorisation is subsequently cancelled or any check of your card fails, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any Subscription Services.
Find.co.uk will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that the Subscription Services will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of the Subscription Services will come into effect when Find.co.uk confirms this to you.
There is no specific time limit applying to your use of the Subscription Services on these terms and conditions. However, Find.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription to the Subscription Services if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
Pricing: The subscription price is set out on the pages which contain our subscription process. You can take out either an annual or monthly subscription which will automatically renew or any other fixed term or automatically renewing payment frequency that we may offer from time to time. Find.co.uk will notify you in advance of any price increases. If we give you a free trial, you will only be charged for with effect from the expiry of that free trial period. You are only entitled to one free trial each calendar year, and we reserve the right without notice and at any time to terminate any free trial over and above this amount. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription.
Cancelling or changing your subscription: you may cancel or change your Find.co.uk Subscription Services at any time by contacting our customer services team at feedback@find.co.uk . We will refund you on a pro rata basis. This means that Find.co.uk will refund you or credit your account with any amounts you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining period of your subscription. Any cancellation will be effective once Find.co.uk receives notice of it. Please see our refund policy for more information.
